Yes Penis size differs in all men so there is no "Normal Size" but yes 5 inches is a good size at 15 don't worry or take notice of people reccommending creams or god forbid the penis pump!. Your body is still developing and you are still growing!.

your a little short of average, but not by much!.!.!. for mexican standards i wouldn't be the best judge though,,, i don't think mexicans are known for running smaller,,, i think the asians have that issue,,, whatever!.!.!.
