Question: What are the best workouts to build muscle, going for the bulky look!?
i want to get big also can you give me a workout plane routine and what extra size causes you to get bigger arms i work on my biceps it don't seem to work my bicep getting big but i want my arm also pleas just help me with this i really want to get big give me lots of info i'm 6'3' weigh 172 Www@Answer-Health@Com

Join a gym if you don't have access for one!. Become familiar with free weights and different techniques!. Eat protein, then do this: Use the most weight you can manage doing 2 sets of 8 reps!. Once you can do 12 reps, up your weight!. Do it slow, and keep proper form!. You may want to start with a trainer at first to learn this stuff and avoid hurting yourself!. Start with pull downs, then move to bench press, pull ups, bicep curls, lighter weights for shoulder raises to the side and front, flies, and triceps technique of your choice!. Workout 5 days a week, but don't over train or you'll be laid up and lose ground!.

You should also do some lower body and try pilates for a six pack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A mix between compound movements and isolations will help you out!. I suggest looking online and building your own routine!. Someone could make you one on here, but what works for some, doesn't work for others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
