Question: What's a great workout routine for a men 45-50!?
To build muscle and loose body fat!. What supplements should one be taking daily along with this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

My dad and I just finished our 90 days of a workout system called P90x!. While I became athletic and built a lot of muscle mass, he became athletic again, lost tons of body fat, and built lean muscle!. Since he's 48 I'd imagine your results would be about the same!. He looks so ripped compared to when he starts; unfortunately, he and technology don't get along well so he has no pictures up but there are tons of them on the net!.

The program also comes with a complete diet guide that tells you what to eat every day!. It's simple and easy to follow!. Some supplements would include vitamins, recovery drink, and possibly protein!.
