How do sets and reps work and how much rest is needed between each set (I'm a beginner)!? Also how many reps should I be doing per set!? I'm 18, 5'10", 64 kg and I need to build some muscle mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't understand kg!.!.!.but you might start out with 3 sets and 8 reps of each weight training station that you would like to work on! um I would work out for starters 4 times a week and rotate between cardio and muscle endurance!.!.!.also watch your dietWww@Answer-Health@Com
