In my experience, it's a common feeling!.
I suspect it's something to do with the urethra (the tube that carries urine and semen which runs along the underside of the penis) becoming a bit irritated by the friction of masturbation!. Try putting a little less pressure on that part of your penis when you masturbate and see if that makes things more comfortable!.
It's also the case that a full bladder makes an erection easier to achieve, so is it possible that you need to urinate after masturbation because you actually needed to urinate a little _before_ masturbation!.
