Question: Can i eat whatever on a diet !? or will it ruin the outcome of weight loss!? making me skinny fat!.!.!.!?

i've been losing weight by diet and exercise[cardio mainly jumproping and movement and 10lb weights because im too broke to buy bigger ones], im down from 280 to 160 and i'm 5'6 so im still a bit overweight!. my goal is 140 or 138 , and im wondering since i dieted eating processed foods but in smaller portions will this make me look skinny fat!. i cut out the worst processed foods like junkfood and unhealthy meats like pork!. i take the skin off of my baked chicken!. i sometimes think i eat wrong too because i still eat white bread and white rice and i have cereals with sugars in it!. when i finally hit my goal weight will i still look chubby as i do now because of this !? i dont want to look like a health freak or a body builder i just wanted to lose weight to look like a normal skinny teen with a bit of muscle!. i drink lots of water at times and have fruits and veggies but that isnt always!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't look "skinny fat"!. If you are loosing weight, you are loosing FAT!. Becoming skinny is to do with FAT not to do with your muscles or your body build!. Exercise is adding tone to your body and therefore giving you shape!. You will only continue to build muscle in this way and believe you me - if you are still loosing weight like this you have a very good metabolism!!! You can eat what you want and still lose weight, but you have to do so in moderation!. I was suggest you count your calories!. Limit your self to say 1200-1800 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
