hi i am 14 yrs old almost 15 in February i dont no if this is normal or not because my penis is 6 1/2 to 7 inches fully erect but when i dont have a hard on it shrinks down to ablut 1 1/2 to 2 inches am i normal or shuld i do somthing about it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
