My boyfriend has a dark spot on his scrotum that seemed to have appeared over night!. He's really embarrassed to tell anyone so he can go see a doctor and wants to know what it is!. He's 16 if that helps!.

It is a broken blood vessel!. That happens sometimes when walking or running without proper support, either too loose or too tight underwear!.
The skin is very thin there so the blood vessels don't have protection of thicker skin like other parts of the body!.

Have him put Neosporin on it for about 5 days and see if it heals or goes away!. If not, then he needs to be examined by a doctor!.

That's not quite how it happened, and not overnite anyway!. When crabs infestate the scrotum areas there is a tiny dark spot (brown) which are the infant size of louses!. Then after a few days they will begin excercising their itching and multiplying with revenge! Oh, they don't come with name tags either! Get some (Pyronate) shampoo!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
