Question: How to increase calf and overall leg thickness!?
I dunno if I shot up to fast or what it is, but I'm really tall for my age with really thin legs!. So any help would definitely be appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running,biking and jogging will do the trick:at least 30 minutes a day!.

Running long distance is a great way to tone legs and build overall leg muscles, not to mention it burns calories and increases your cardio to boot!. Besides that, there's lifting that can be done on machines in practically every gym which are easy to use and self explanatory!. Though that requires a gym membership, so if you don't have one of those, running is still a terrific option!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
