The penis is measured with a straight (wooden for example) ruler!. The edge of the ruler is placed at the base of the penis at the pubic bone on the anterior (front/top) side of the shaft!. The penis length is measured from the base to the tip!. It does not include any part of the underside, the scrotum or any other area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

an easier way is to open the palm of your hand (stretch it out as long as possible), keeping the tension, close your middle finger to touch your palm (try reaching as close to your wrist as possible), mark that point with a pen or marker!. measure the distance from that point to the tip of your middle finger (with palm outstretched again) and that would be the lenth of your penis!.
the reason for stretching your middle finger as close as possible to your wrist is simply that in some positions your penis is actually stretched more than in other positions, so this will give you a maximum length!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Best to use a tape/cloth measuring tape!. Start at the top of the penis extending to the erect length!. Now wrap around the penis shaft to get the girth measurment!.
