Skipping Cardio?!


Question: Skipping Cardio!?
For cardio, I am starting to skip because running is too boring!. I'm 16 and 160 pounds!. I am very overweight and I can hardly jump 50 times!. How many should I be doing daily!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know if you should necessarily do a certain number!. Try going for a set time!. Try a few minutes per day at first, then increase it as you can handle it!. You might also try doing some activities that involve cardio and are fun!. I suggest roller blading or playing basketball!. Even if you are playing basketball by yourself, you can constantly do layups or something that will require you to run the whole time, but will be a game and keep your mind off of just running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
