i use this product, snoreez !. i mean its just a pillow but for some reason it can help you stop snoring and it actually does work!. at least i worked for me!. the good thing is that its not that expensive, like i've seen pillows up to 150 dollars to just fix snoring!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
hey i have some good advice for you! Lots of ppl snore but you'll notice 9 times out of 10 its when they're lying on their back!. Its the way they breath in that position!. The tongue and throat, y'know!.!.!.
Get him a tshirt with a pocket on one of the breasts!. Get him to put it on back to front!. Then put a tennis ball in the pocket!. He'll have to sleep on his side (but boo-hoo it won't hurt to change the position he normally sleeps in)!. In the night if he tries to roll onto his back the ball will stick in him, wont be enough to wake him but he'll just roll back onto his side!. - With no weight/pressure on his airways he should be able to breath in easily without it making a noise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't snore!. But my dorm roommate last year snored so loud it would drive me crazy!. I always went to bed later than him, and by the time I went to go to sleep hed sound like a snow beast or something!. When he would get sick or stuffed up it would be like!.!.!.10x worst than that!.!.which was already the loudest snore i've ever heard!. It got to the point where I was sleeping on the futon in the common room every night and I could still hear it with the bedroom door shut!.
The only thing I found to stop it was either give him a quick smack with a pillow!.!.!.and then pretend to be asleep so he doesn't know whats going on if he wakes up!.
or try banging on the wall really loud!. That would usually get him to turn over or something to make it less loud!.
