Excercising for 6 weeks holiday =]?!


Question: Excercising for 6 weeks holiday =]!?
Well i've been doing a daily jog for 2 weeks now, one in the holiday, and one week before =]!. my plan is to do a daily jog for 6 weeks!. i run 30 mins-40 mins, doing bout 3-4!.5 miles!.

Now, what i'm interested in, is that before i started jogging, i was doing lots of sit-ups and push-ups, and i couldn't see any result!. so i stopped

now that i'm running, to lose some of my fatty stomach, my arms have bulged amazingly! and i'm starting to see!.!.!.a 2 pack!?! i mean!.!.!.hell maybe i should've carried on doing the sit-ups and push-ups (cos i used to do 60 sit-ups and 60 push-ups +10 every time i do it) and i just want to know is this a good routine!?

That's because you need to rest!!!

Muscles grow when you rest and sleep!. If you workout daily, after a couple of months, stop for a week or two and you'll see the results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
