the first day i worked out my muscles were sore and stiff, now its like my 4th day and my muscles werent as sore as before!. how come!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your muscles arent sore the next day because youve been working out for a few days and your muscles are used to the stress of exercise, dont worry i am the same way i dont get sore and i still see resultsWww@Answer-Health@Com
your body was sore because you were using your muscles in a different capacity thatn usual!. Now your body is adapting to the stresses (weights) imposed on to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be because youre not going hard enough!. It's happened to me before too and the next day I worked out, I reallllly pushed myself till i hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
A body builder I know once told me not to worry!.It can take years of working out before you work out hard enough to get sore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
