Well at my school the guys didnt have to because we didnt have a gym!. But at my sisters school they have a gym and the guys dont have to shower if they dont want to!. if you really are uncomfortable go tell your gym teacher and he or she will most likely let you slip!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
