My routine for arms :
Biceps: Alternate Dumbell Curls (3 sets, 10 reps)
Standing Barbell Curls (3 sets, 10 reps)
Hammer Curls (3 sets, 10 reps)
Triceps: Close Grip Incline Press (3 sets, 10 reps)
Skull Crusher (3 sets, 10 reps)
V-Bar Pull Down (3 sets, 10 reps)
Work with whatever weight feels right for you!. Personally, I like doing static sets and move up in weight when the weight feels easy and I think it's time to move up, but some people like doing pyramid sets!. You can do static sets one week, pyramid sets the next week, and so on!.
Don't work biceps and triceps on the same day!. Biceps and back should be done one day, shoulders and triceps should be done another day!.
And for abs I like to do sit ups, incline sit ups, crunches, Russian twist, hyper extensions, etc!. I work on abs in every work out routine!. It's good for developing a solid core needed to lift weights with good form!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look up the term "super set"!. its when you do different exercises without rest or very little rest for either the same muscle group or opposing ones!. its supposed to be VERY effective at building muscle!.
for instance!.!.!.do 10 bicep curls followed by 10 tricep extensions and do 3 or 4 sets!. pushups and pullups would be another opposing exercise!. look up the term, there are videos on youtube as well!.
Dont do too many reps, concentrate on your form, dont go to fast, and work the muscles to exhaustion!.!.!.or you wont gain a thing!.!.!.good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
