elbow to knees crunchs and normal crunches leg raises , do about 100 to 200 in the morning at another 100 to 200 at night, drink 4-5 litres of water a day no junk food, you will have abs by 1 month or less if you follow those instructionsWww@Answer-Health@Com
The main factor in visable ab definition is body fat percentage!. You could do 1000 crunches a day and sure you would have solid abs but the point is that the coveted six pack can only be seen if you have low body fat!. You cant burn fat from a specific area it has to be done all over the body through a combination of cardiovascular workouts, !.!. thats running swimming cycling etc and a good diet!.!. along with your specific target muscle workouts!. As you are 15 you are stilll growing and its unadvisable to go on a diet unless you are overweight and only then on the advice of a Doctor!. If you are already quite lean then you will see results if you train your abs but again only after consulting a doctor and not overdoing it your body is using a lot of energy as it develops into adulthood so always always consult your doctor!.

haha wow!.!.!.!.!. umm kinda hard to get a mustache unless you have enough testosterone in your body, and the only way to get abs is eat healthy and workout your core!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hi there i was like that when i was ur age!. Try doing calisthenics push ups; dips; chin ups and sit ups!.they work well if u do them WELL!. But id advise u not to lift weights yet!. It slows growth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
