Ive started to work out now at the gym becuase i want to get tone again like i use to be so i was wondering does it help if you take stuff like a Musclemilk or other protein drinks BEFORE a workout it can benefit you!?!?!.!. if not wat are some tips all of you out there can share with me!?!?!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

MuscleMilk is the best protein supplement out there!. It depends on what you are trying to do though!. If you are wanting to get some size on those muscles, you need to go low reps, with heavy weight!. If you are just trying to get a ripped look without getting too big, then put a light weight on there and bang out a lot of reps!.

MusclesMilk, when you supplement with your daily meals will most definitely get you to where you are trying to go!

You sound like you are trying to get that ripped look, so I would put on a weight that you can about 12-15 reps on all exercises!. I personally eat a lot of lean protein like tuna fish and turkey, and try to avoid fast foods as much as possible!. You have to increase the amount of daily protein you are receiving, try to get about half your body weight in grams of protein!.

So if you weigh 200lbs, try to eat at least 100 grams of protein a day!. Muscle Milk will help you to do this more easily!. It is good to have a little protein b4 you workout, but you really need a shake after your workout because this is when the body is immediately going back into rebuilding phase and will soak up the protein more quickly, resulting in significant gains!.

You have the right idea, now you just have to get on a program where you are working out 4-5 days a week, eating more protein, and then giving your body time to rest between workouts, and you will see the improvements in a couple of months!!

hi i goto the gym also i think its recommended that u take supplements after your work out i just drink milk after wards but you should have protein eariler in ure day also so i have lunch cheese burger or something then go gym then take supplements for example you should have it balancedWww@Answer-Health@Com
