Question: Im 13 and i want to start building up my muscle!?
Im 13 and i wanna see if there are any good routines to build muscle in my arms especialy as im in my holidays now and i realy want to see difference !.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be careful of heavy weights as your growth can be stunted!.
You should use weights that allow you to do at least 10 reps for 3 or 4 sets before you can't lift it again!.
Best arm exercises are curls (any types)

well if you still want to grow taller, dont use weigths wait till your 15, do cardio insted, it will help you alot, it reduces your body fat, and when your 15 and start using weigths, you will get toned faster, but if you dont want to grow taller start using weigths, its your choiceWww@Answer-Health@Com
you're still a little young but you can lift weights!. for you i would recommend low weight, high reps and do 2 or 3 sets!. you can do bicep curls and tricep extensions(skull crushers)!. i would do pushups and pullups as well!. also you want to eat a good amount of protein, like meat, tuna or peanut butter!. if you want any more help you can email me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Before bed each night!.!.!. Do as many crunches (sit ups with ahnds crossed on chest) as you can!.!.!. until u cant do any more!.!.!. write that number down and then teh next day try to do 4-5 more the next night keep an organized log to track ur progressWww@Answer-Health@Com
