What are some good exercises for a strong 13 year old male?!
Question: What are some good exercises for a strong 13 year old male!?
I am in the circus and I have not been provided with enough exercises for my shoulders and arms!. I do mainly handbalancing!.!.!. like handstands!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

10 chinning the bar 2 per day - if you can 'cos that one is hard!
Eventually you'll be able to do One arm press-ups - but DON"T try it for a year or so as you could do internal damage!.
60 years ago I started at your age and still do the press-ups, but now from the kitchen side bench and not the floor!.
Take it easy, young man, but be regular with the exercises and it'll become part of your life!.

Grab 8 lb dumbells and do 2 different routines for your shoulders!.
1: Take the dumbells and hold your arms out from your body (as though on the cross), hold for 1 sec, then release!. 20 reps, and do 4 sets!. You'll get tired so once your almost done simply pump then out as far as you can until you reach 20!. DO 20 EVERYTIME!
2: Put dumbells in front of you and lift (all in front of you) Get 90 degree angle, hold for 1 sec, and release!. 20 reps, 4 sets!. Once again, when too tired just pump!. 4 days you'll see the differenceWww@Answer-Health@Com

my arms are really strong just whack off i am telling the truth i can lift almost 200 lbs and i weigh 180 and i am 14 soo that is what i do and i am really strong watch pron it is the best thing to whack off toWww@Answer-Health@Com
