My O-ring is leaking. What can I do to tighten it up a bit?!
Question: My O-ring is leaking!. What can I do to tighten it up a bit!?
Answers:
That's a euphemism, I guess, but its too subtle for me to really know what your men's health problem is!.
If your worry is that you anus isn't as tight as it used to be, my main advice is to stop doing whatever it is that is causing it to stretch out!. Given some time, it should tighten itself back up!.
If the "exit only" sign is in place and enforced, then maybe you just need more fiber in your diet!. Be sure to drink lots of water and eat fruit and oatmeal so you don't strain when you go to the bathroom!.
If you have a tear, pain or a major problem, time to see a doctor for help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
