mixed with corn, lemon and other veggies

while still doing cardio and lifting

Tuna for a week straight for all meals of the day or just once a day makes you loose weight fast and amazingly!. Also, the vegies will help your system and help you be healthier!. The cardio will make you stronger!. Sounds like a very good plan that will work for you great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't recommend that you do that, but Tuna is a lean meat compared to most!. You would lose fat and likely gain muscle!. There are better ways to go about improving you tone!. BTW, you don't need to eat meat to get ripped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to eat BALANCED meals to build muscles!. Fad diets will only hurt your chances!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
