Question: Phismosis and sensitive glans!?
My cousin disclosed to me today that his foreskin would only retract to reveal a small area around his urethra!. After some googling, it appears he has phismosis!. I asked him if he had ever attempted to force the skin back, and he said he did once and his glans was too sensitive to touch!. He also says the tip of his urethra is visible as if his penis has lips :S

CIRP this gives information about phimosis and treatments which don't include the dangerous and radical mutilation of circumcision!.
There are stretching exercises, creams and other treatments including a dorsal slit, small slit which can allow for retraction of the foreskin!.
There was a report in Medical News Today about a meeting of the American Urological Association which states that infant circumcision is a "risky procedure with truly little medical indication!." It also states that "circumcision is not without its complications and one of these complications is death!."
They don't even begin to go into the other complications which are suppressed!.
Anyway, phimosis is treatable without circumcision!

Follow the other guys suggestion for stretching!. My husband went through this when he was younger, he says it take a little while but adventually he got it and now it slides just fine!. He has got to learn to work the skin and pull back to wash in a circular motion and rinse well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The tip of the urethra is OK!. He should retract a as far as possible each time he urinates to stretch the foreskin!. It's easier to retract while in the shower, he should do it there too!.

Its called circumcision! Tell him to get rid of that bacteria/virus trap! It is much cleaner, healthier and improves sex!Www@Answer-Health@Com
