Stress can also cause you to have an outbreak!. And sometimes I'll get one if I get a sunburn!. Anyway, Abreva works well!. When I use Abreva, I apply it with a Q-tip!. That way, I don't get the germs on my fingers and possibly spread the virus!.
Also, check out the vitamin section of Wal-Mart or any pharmacy!. Look for a suppliment called L-Lysine!. A pharmacist recommended it to me!. It really helps to prevent--or lessen the effects--of an outbreak!.
