Question for Weight Lifters.?!
Question: Question for Weight Lifters!.!?
I've been seeing my doctor for about 3 years now on a bi-monthly basis and for the past year my blood pressure has steadily risen to where it was 175/100 a few days ago!. He prescribed anti-hypertension medication!. Today just to be sure I went to see a Cardiologist and with him my blood pressure was perfect in both arms!.
He believes the problem is a case of "White High Blood Pressure" or high blood pressure as a reaction to something rather than inherent to my physiology!. He recommends that I lose some of my muscle mass!. I weigh 110 kilos and for my heart it doesn't matter if this is fat or muscle, weight is weight!. He wants me to lift much liter loads!. Anyone here that does heavy deadlifts or squats knows how high our blood pressure can be at the end of our sets and how hard the heart beats!. I

Answers:
Go for lighter weight and higher reps!. 15 minimum!. You may lose a bit of mass but it shouldnt be a lot!. It will keep the muscle tight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
