Abs, Pecs, Muscles?!
Question: Abs, Pecs, Muscles!?
I want to have some biceps, abs, and pecs, I want to be slim, just have a bit of definition!. I lost a ton of weight [I went from 191lbs to 131lbs in 9 months], but I still have loose skin and flab, I want to do this as qucikly as possible, and I cant go out and buy anything, all I have is a treadmill!.

Push ups, chin ups, sit ups, squats, lunges, deadlifts!.!.!.!. all these will get you what you desire, and you only need your body weight to achieve it!. As for the loose skin, that is by reason of the rapid weight loss!.!.!. and it will probably tighten up over a period of time!. Congratulations on the weight loss as that is a mammoth effort!.!.!. um go to the gym, eat right, do tons of stretching and running (believe it or not it will help build muscle and lose weight), do tons of crunches /situps/curlups/pushups (try to get a bender ball for crunches, they help, its weird though), and be healthy!. also, get alot of sleep, so your not tired and you have energy!. hope i helped!! also, if you are willing to go there, dietary supplements are offered (some natural, some not) that will aid in the loss of weight and givign you energy to burn, as well as muuscle growth!. good luck on your bod conquest,
