I am getting circumcised this friday!. I was wondering how long it will take to heal as i need to fly the next wed or thurs and begin basketball in 2weeks is this enough time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is plenty of time!. You should abstain from sex for a month and wear tight underwear until fully healed!. I was 18 when I was cut and was done on a friday, back to school on that Monday!. Ice it the first few days to keep swelling to a minimum!. I was back surfing in 2 weeks and back to sex after 4 weeks! It is well worth the effort! I am 28 now and would do it again in a heartbeat! I had no hesitation when my son's (1&3) we born to have them snipped as I know there are no downsides, only a lifetime of benefits!

I'm pretty sure its longer than two weeks!. When done as an adult the recovery period can be as long as one or two months, and very painful!. Your doctor certainly won't recommend basketball within the first fortnight!.
