In some areas it is, like in many southern states of the US, I know in my home state it is, as sodomy is outlawed and is an offense punishable by incarceration!. I, however, see no reason why it should be, as no one has any rights to strip choices away from anyone, especially when it comes to their personal happiness and choosing a life partner for themselves!. Everyone deserves to be happy in this short amount of time that we have on this earth, and it is selfish and disgusting for anyone to forbid others from enjoying their life because a silly holy book or government tells them it's wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Some states have yet to remove the statutes in law that do provide criminal definitions for homosexual actions, such as sodomy!. While I dont think you would actually be charged with some crimes still on the books they are actually, in some cases, still there!. For the longest time, the Texas penal code, stated the horse and cattle rustling was punishable by hanging!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
