Yeah that is a good question!. I guess because there isn't any muscle tissue there either!. People often refer to it as the man muscle but there isn't any muscle there at all!. it is just a spongie mass of fiberous tissue that fills with blood to get hard and erect!. I had considered getting fat injections in mine to make it wider ( I have a pencil dick) but then I found out that the fat only lasts about 3-6 months and then it is absorbed into the body!. Bummer!.
