Question: Since weight lifting can stunt your growth, what exercises can you do!?
Since weight lifting can stunt your growth, what exercises can you do to exercise your muscles which don't stunt your growth but are just as affective exercise wise!? I used to lift weights( I'm 13, 5'2, 110 pounds) but now I'm really nervous about my growth!! HELP!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm 13, 5 feet 2 and half inches, 120 lbs and i use 8 lb weights!. stop worrying about not growing!. as long as you don't use weights that adults use (50 lbs, 75, etc!.!.) you should be okay!. oh, and try to aim for repititions!. use like 10 lbs or lower and do a lot like 5 reps of 15 or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
just do your regular excersises ur only 13 and you have about 8 years to grow dont be such a puss i lift weights and im 5'9 and 15 yrs old and im a beast and besides if i was 110 bls i would start lifting fastWww@Answer-Health@Com
