Question: Chest!. muscles!.!?
wat exercises can i do 2 strengthen my chest n make it buff so i loose all fat from ym chest/nipples!.

You can build muscles up with exercise, but you can only lose fat by dieting!. If you're overweight - you have to lose the weight!. If you're not overweight, you don't have to lose the fat - you have to tone up!. Start out with doing "push-ups" against a wall - if you're not in great shape, this will protect your back - make sure you hold your stomach in when you do this to keep from straining your back!. This is the cheapest, easiest exercise!. If you have weights - lie down on the floor and put a weight in each hand - then slowly raise them up and slowly lower them - start with 12 reps - go to 20 - then go to 2 sets - when that gets easy - go to heavier weights!. If you don't have weights - use equal sized cans of soup, etc!. Always inhale on the easy part and exhale on the hard part!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im not 100% sure bt its good question cause im girl an gettin chest muscle is like cleavage!. i think u do those exersices where u pull two strings behind your back to your frontWww@Answer-Health@Com
