Increase Metabolism.?!


Question: Increase Metabolism!.!?
Hey, I'm 21 years old, 6'4", and around 230lbs!. I not lean, I am broad chested and "big boned!." I am looking to lose about 30-40lbs, what would be the most effective way to increase my metabolsim!? Also, what would be the most effective way to lose the weight!?

I don't have time to goto a gym, but I do have a treadmill at home!. Also I am down for doing old-school stuff (chinups, pushups, situps, etc!.!.!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Spicy foods have a small effect on metabolism!. So does splitting the 3 daily meals in half to make six smaller meals spread out the day!. Best bet though is a thermogenic (because that's what they're made for) I recommend Nutrex's Lipo-6, or VPX's Redline!. Both of them work great!.

Also hit that treadmill first thing in the morning on an empty stomach!. It's called fasted cardio and it works because you're body has no carbs to burn for fuel, so it has to turn to your stored energy (fat) do at least 20 min!. but no more than an hour to an hour and a half ( anymore and you risk your body breaking down you're muscle for energy as well)

Also look into fixing your diet shoot for around 2000-2300 a day, with at least 1 (preferably 2) grams of protein per pound of body weight, and low carbs!.

6'4'' 230 ain't that bad, people will probably see a difference after only 10lbs, and after that, the comments you'll receive will make it that much easier to get the rest of it off!.

The body weight exercises won't hurt either, if nothing else, they'll help keep you from losing too much strength while dieting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio exercise,

You have to eat breakfast within 20 mins of waking up!. If you don't your body goes into conserve mode and will store calories but if you eat when you wake up your body will rev up and be ready to conquer the worldWww@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio (running, jogging, jump rope, etc) every other day, one a day vitamins should help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

any exercise, but the best is body building since the muscle maintains the metabolism high for year even when your not strongly exercisecing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
