You can change the appearance of some organs, but that doesn't change their function!. You can't make ovaries and a uterus out of anything else!. Nor have there been any successful transplants of sexual organs!. If you weren't born with a uterus, you're out of luck, whether you think of yourself as a woman or not, and no matter what surgery you've had!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Transgendered people can get surgery to change the appearance of their genitals, but it's only cosmetic!. The more basic parts of the reproductive system aren't changed!. Therefore female-to-male trannies can't father children, and male-to-female trannies can't get pregnant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
