Ortiz, I wanted to begin by saying that this is a Phycological defect called "Overcompensation Mentality Syndrome" this is when a person, mostly men, overcompensate for parts of their body, or well being they are insecure about!. I dont know but not all guys lie!. I've never lied about my penis size in my life!. But to your question, maybe they feel that they could get more woman into bed by saying their really big!. Its kinda pathetic!. But heres a hint, any guy who brags about his penis size is probably lying!.
