Question: Very serious help!?
i went to the doctor and i was given antibiotics!.!. it healed the "scab" of the impetigo!.!.
after 7 days
i was given an ointment and i havent seen any progression of the impetigo!.!.
ive had this for about !2 1/2 months!!.!.
it sucks, can someone give me home remedies to reduce the redness, or anything!? thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Though some Benedryl could help with the itching!.
I'd say call the doc back!. Often there are multiple possible causes of a condition, so they treat the most likely!. If it was a different cause, then you go back and they try again!.
If it is staph, my understanding is that it can take a long time to treat, so do not stop the ointment without first contacting the doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
