No it is not normal for urine to come out while your penis is erect because there is a little valve in there that stops the urine and opens the semen tube!. I suggest you go to your doctor and have it checked out because it could be an infection or the root of a bigger problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
thats totaly possible dude!. i got a bone every mornin and usualy gota pee and it migt take a while but it finaly comes out and my penis is still hard!. even if im outside and gotta pee like in a bush and im erect i can still pee but the only thing is it does take a while to come out for some reason for me!. so yea its ok dude!. nothing wrongWww@Answer-Health@Com
