How to make the inner foreskin of my penis thicker?!

Question: The inner foreskin of my penis is very thin, and when I try to penetrate my partner's anus, it is getting so stretched that it tears, creating small horizontal lacerations on the side of the lower end of the frenulum. They hurt and I end up loosing my erection. I believe, without being completely sure, that the problem is that my foreskin tissue does not contain enough fats (is not thick enough). Lubrication with silicone- or water-based lubes doesn't help. Is there any ointment or drug that would work? Any ideas are welcome, but giving up anal intercourse is not an option. :)

By the way, I am 30 years old and uncircumsized. If it helps, the link below contains images of the inner foreskin and frenulum of a penis (3rd photo):

I think your problem isn't the foreskin to be thicker but a light Phimosis or a too short Frenulum. Even if the foreskin could be thicker as you think, during penetration it normally comes pushed back, rolling up under the glans. Besides, as you affirm, it's the Frenulum to lacerate that let just understand what your problem is! Usually, surgeon treat short Frenulum by penis frenectomy (its cut).

Wear a condom.

not sure
sorry

.... See a doc

the link you sent was interesting information-only thing i can think of is your partner needs to be worked up more to accept you to stop any discomfort

I don't think you can do anything just be more careful with what you do if you get it squeezed it will hurt a condom might help
