Which is better, pushups or benchpress?!

Remember, push-ups which are calisthenics will "cut" you up, leave you more flexible and tend to keep you leaner.
Weights will bulk you up more, increase bone density, power. Building muscle can inhibit flexibility.
Try a combination of both....without over training, but remember to work other muscles all over the body.
HINT: Want to increase strength, size, power...etc.
WORK YOUR LEGS! Legs and buttocks are the largest muscles in the body, working them can give you resistance>>>plus a cardio at the same time. And it releases growth hormones!
Remember, all "brick **** houses"depend on the foundation~
I would say benches
ok 250 pushups is not gonna be possible if you can only do 145 on bench.
But a combo of bench presses (3 sets for 8-12 reps) and around 30-50 pushups will do much good.
idk i dont do any of them... i use my grandmas and gpa ab lounge chair
