ah, 16 year old girls.... she sounds like a tease, like another poster said. but in actuality she doesn't sound 'experienced.'
first off, an experienced girl would be weary of undressing a boy and sexually teasing him, as it is not wise (nor considerate) to arouse someone and then deny them sex.
secondly, for whatever reason, she is attempting to make you feel as if YOU have done something wrong (you haven't). she sounds maniupulative and immature.
asking if you're good in bed is sort of a childish question. it's great that you're a virgin, and honestly, no badge of honor for her, at 16, to believe she's experienced. also, if she wanted to know if it was 'big' she could have just grabbed it. as she was already giving you a lap dance, had she actually intended to sleep with you, she would have just gotten it on in that position (girl on top). you don't really have to do much (if anything) for a girl to enjoy sex that way, so it's a good position for a girl to use with an uninitiated male. please don't forget that statistically, there are a LOT of teen girls with sexually transmitted infections (some of which do not have tell-tale symptoms).
the fact that she's a tease isn't so bad, but to 'give you a look' as if something YOU had done was wrong makes me think she's immature and inconsiderate. you did nothing wrong. if you pursue a relationship with this girl (but why? there are plenty of nicer girls out there), use condoms (generally effective against contracting sti's) and DO NOT LET HER MAKE YOU FEEL BAD ABOUT YOURSELF.
Next time someone asks you something like that just say: You will have to try me and find it out yourself. Then just start the fireworks!, much talk before sex doesn't help at all.
