CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH - TAKE HIM TO SEE FAMILY GP ASAP. ANY TESTICULAR LUMP IS POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS OR OMINOUS. PLEASE GET HIM TO DOCS SOONER RATHER THAN LATER. Sorry for the capitals, I'm not shouting - I'm stressing the urgency.
the only advice i can give is for him to visit his doctor. all lumps should be checked as soon as possible.
i agree with mrsc. all lumps need to be checked. it may only be a cyst but it's always best to have the experts look at it.
WHY would you spend the time to ask ppl on here? get that thing checked out ASAP!!!!!

cancer? have him see a doctor not you. if he will tell you why wont he tell a guy who probabley sees this a few times a year.

Go to your local NHS walk in centre and remember you can request a male doctor
He needs to be checked out by a doc. Most lumps are benign but still need to be treated or removed.
