Is it worth while joining a gym or is it better to just work out at home?!

Question: Gym allows u to access so many more workouts. However if its costs like 8 bucks every time u go in to one like me then its not really worth it unless ur truly dedicated. If its a free gym like i have now i work, defiantly its worth it. At the gym u may see girls staring at u and everything and that will boost ur confidence and get u motivated. But home works also if there is no gym u can use or afford.

Gym is away better

well a lot of people join a gym and then dont end up going at all.
The best thing to do is work out at home for a while. If you can stick to it, then join a gym.
Gyms have more equipment, classes, and prevent distractions at home

I don't like gym's. I can never seem to focus on my workout with people all around. I would much rather work out at home, and not have to pay for a membership. Weights are weights, I don't need anything fancy. And I sure as hell don't need a treadmill, I just go for a jog.

Basically, if you get a gym membership, you're paying for a bunch of crap you don't need.

There is so many work out dvd's now and will be much cheaper than gym fee's.

it all depends
you'll probably get fitter in the gym
but it'll probably be alot cheaper to do it at home
all depends really... if theres gonna be any distractions in the house that keeps you "too busy"

If you are interested in making a good physical look with 6 pack abs or something like that then you have to join the gym. But if it's just to stay fit, you can work out at home !

Goodluck !

Gym is much better. At home you tend to be a bit lazy.

work out at home as it's cheaper-all you need to do is do a few press ups and sit ups and you will have a six pack and muscles in no time
