For the record, you SHOULD clean. It's just like brushing your teeth. If you don't do that, you get bad breath and cavities, etc. But, yeah, you should learn to wash under the foreskin DAILY. The white stuff under the foreskin is smegma and while it does have a strong odor (hence wash under the foreskin) it's meant to keep the foreskin clean. Kinda ironic. It's not harmful unless you take a major sniff. LOL! Anyway, just clean it daily. It's like any other body part. If you don't clean it, it'll be dirty no matter what and will smell. If you don't take a shower, you'll smell. Women have foreskins (clitoral hood) and smegma, too. Just practice good hygiene to keep things clean. :)

Its called Smegma if you don't clean it (its looks like dried semen around the glands. Its not bad but you should always clean it because it could become smelly / infected and nobody wants that.
You know what bellybutton lint is? well it is kind of like that but it has all kinds of little dead cells and germs in it. The best thing you can do it pull it back and clean it out daily. You never know if you are going to get an unexpected opportunity to get a ******* or get laid and you wouln't want that fungus forest growing in there and have to turn down the offer, right?

If you don't wash under the foreskin regularly, then smegma may accumulate after a few days.
Each morning or whatever, in the shower, just pull it back and spend a few seconds washing with warm soapy water. Like the first guy said, its not rocket science.
You end up with "head cheese". Like cheese, it smells. Also, it is bacteria and you could end up with an infection or worse yet, pass the infection onto a bf or gf.
btw...why would you not want to clean there? Go shower...now!
What you do is pull your foreskin back when you have a shower (everyday) and wash it off.
But you need to wash it everyday to be hygenic.
Its called smegma, its kind of cheesy and fishy... its unpleasant.
Its made up of dead cells and sperm.
