How can i reduce my muscles in my arms quick and fast?!

well muscles need fuel! but if u dont give em the carbs protein and fat they need to fuel up.. they go down.
if you run you will go into state of catabolism.. which your body uses ur muscles to get energy.. and so itbreaks down ur muscles. but u cant eat like 5 hours b4 u go running and make sure u dont eat anything an hour after u go running. haha this is wut weightlifters DONT want
Why would you want to do that?
And you pretty much can't. Just don't work out at all. It will go down on its own.

Why?
Just quit exercising, All that muscle will turn to fat, and then sag like the other guy's balls.
Muscles atrophy when you stop using them.
