What body fat % do you need to show a six-pack reasonabley well?!
Question: theres no real limit to that but I hear its around the 10 percentile range. look it up on the internet. Your best bet is to devote time to working out and have a proper diet. I f you want to get rid of excess flab around the belly area then run a lot and do lots of cardio and have a proper calorie intake. Thats my suggestion.

eat healthy and workout 2-4 times a week.
u need about 8% or less
believe you need 12% or less
its about 10% and less. Although I'm 8% and you can only see mine on a good day. it all depends, more visible in the morning than the arvo etc.
If you have taken the trouble to get a six pack, you would have to be a tub of lard not to see it.
Eat wisely and exercise responsibly and the body fat will take care of it's self. There is not a set ideal as every individual is different. So go on appearance.
