Question: i got my testicles examined by a specialist today who said i have a build up of varicous veins leading to my left testicle. he said no surgery is required but my chances f fertility are 'debated'. does anyone know anything about this?

To find out if you have fertility issues from it. You need to give a semen sample and have it checked for numbers, motility and morphology.
The testicles are normally a few degrees lower that your normal body temp. If you have varicose veins it can raise the temperature enough that you have poor sperm quality.
