Question: right now it is about 4 3/4 or 5 in. im am also not circumcised if that has anything to do with it. At 14 you shouldn't be worried about the size of your penis. Average ADULT size is 5 1/2 inches. 4 3/4" is perfectly normal for 14. Some women do prefer circumcision some don't , it's just a preference thing, like liking big boobs or small boobs.
I personally think you're a bit young to be having sex at 14, why rush it? If you are going to have sex use birth control (a condom at the very least) 'cause no matter how big your penis is, you can still get a girl pregnant, and you can still get STD's like AIDs or Herpes (and lots more really nasty ones)
There are no rules but I believe the average is between 5-7.

dude first of all it doesn't matter if you are circumcised or not. it's how you DELIVER your PACKAGE that counts. and like other people say there are no rules to how big your penis should be...it's genetic...so you get whatever your parents passed along. I haerd the average is 5 and a half inches but I don't know how reliable that data is. mines bigger than that, that's for sure
