You're referring to when a woman actually ejactulates and releases liquids that 'squirt' out. You have to realize not all women do this, in fact, not all women even acheive orgasms through sex/intercourse whatsoever.
Guys are not turned off by it. Most guys will be even more turned on that they are able to make you orgasm in the first place.

Most girls never ejaculate and it is not strictly related to an orgasm.
An orgasm is a wonderful thing, you should not be affraid of it, but really, you are unlikely to have one with your first boyfriend as you are both very inexperinced and you will learn how to do it by experimenting BY YOURSELF.
