I'm 17 and only 170cm?!
Question: I am a boy and aged 17 and 1 month, my height is only 170cm, my dad is 171cm and my mom is 164cm, my height has not only grown 2 cm in last year. Please help me . I had exercised a little and ate bad food, but now I changed this poor lifestyle.By the way, I am quite thin, only 53kg.
Do I still have chances to grow another 5cm or more?????

That's not too bad. Men don't stop growing till about the age of 21, so there's still hope. Just keep eating good food and exercise regularly.
I am 16 1/2 and weigh about 80kg, but I really want to lose weight. However, I could tell you some of the things I did to gain all this weight. But I must warn you it is not something you could call really healthy.
Eat irregularly (like also inbetween meals), midnight, brunch, etc and eat lots of carbohydrates, and meat, including your vegetables. If you can't eat much, I'll suggest you rush your food when eating, that way you don't get full easily. Have lots of sleep, don't worry yourself a lot. Because worry and anxiety causes weight problems. I stayed on campus in high school. There was good food and everything, but due to the work load, I was really thin until I got back home.
So to summarise, have lots of rest, avoid anxiety and worry, eat lilke there's no tomorrow, and exercise (body building, weight lifting and stuff like that) appropriately.

ye you do have more time to grow. My bro was the same height at 18. he is now 21 and 178cm.
