Your penis is above average already, there's no way of telling how big it's going to get because it can carry on growing until your early teens or it could stop now. Don't worry about it and be happy with what you've got. 6 inches is a good size, and if you're only 14 it's probably going to grow a little more.

When I was 14 I just had 3 inches (hard). It stopped growing when I was 19. I have it 4.8 inches long (hard).

Growth usually stops around age 18, and normal size is 6 to 8 inches. Don't worry too much about it just yet, you have a long time to worry about that type of thing later.
obsession over penis size is not normal. there is no normal size for a 14 year old. what you have is what you have. no one knows or cares how big it will get or when it will stop growing. so stop obsessing with it.
HOLY CRAP there has to be more questions about if my penis is big enough. Look it up on the internet we all grow at different rates and no one is the same and know one will know how big it will get.
