Question: I've noticed this nice looking guy whenever women are introduced to him he literally runs away and fast. These are nice women, too! I've noticed this at work and at church.

because he is GAY and feels like women will take man that interested in having sex away from him
Women scare him or he finds them a threat of some kind.
Probably something from his past I suspect - really has major social issues around women. Probably needs a psychologist to have any chance of getting around that one.
